High-torque worm gear machine screw jacks for superior alignment and reduced operator effort. All rolls are individually adjusted. High-torque, AC variable frequency drives. Motor and reducer directly driven into lower Feeder / Straightener roll. All pinch and lower Feeder / Straightener rolls driven through a precision gear train. Roller bearings are sized to exceed specified loads, and rotating and striking surfaces are flame hardened. Motorized Adjustment of Upper Straightener Rolls – can be automatically adjusted based on recipe.
